Missions is This Kind of Worship

"And behold, a woman in the city what was a sinner, when she knew that Jesus sat at the table in the Pharisee's house, brought an alabaster flask of fragrant oil and stood at His feet behind Him weeping; and she began to wash His feet with her tears, and wiped them with the hair of her head; and she kissed His feet and anointed them with fragrant oil."

"Therefore I say to you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much. But to whom little is forgiven, the same loves little." luke 7:37,38,47

Lord, make us to know the depth of our sin so that we better understand Who You are and what Your forgiveness means. Permeate every layer of our hearts and the recesses of our minds with the reality of the Cross - the reality of JESUS, our only righteousness. Lord, may we love in light of Your Son, may we serve in light of your son, may we count our lives as cheap in light of your Son, Jesus. Oh that we may supremely love and worship Jesus alone like the forgiven prostitute.
